How do I place an order?

Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an “*”. Ensure that your shipping information is correct and then select your preferred shipping method. Check your mailbox – you should receive an order confirmation email.

Do I need an account to place order?
Yes, you need an account to place the order. Simply you can proceed to “add to cart” option with the chosen product after making account.

How much shipping cost will be charged?
The shipping cost may vary subject to your location and volume of the package. Country wide charges may be seen upon selection of your shipping location.

Is cash on delivery available?
Cash on delivery is only available in the Karachi, Multan, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar.

How long will it take to get my package?
We try our best to deliver the product the same business day the payment is confirmed. Generally, products arrive at your doorstep within 1-3 commercial enterprise days of payment affirmation. This may range depending at the time and day you ordered. However, delivery other than Karachi varies in accordance with the efficiency of logistic service provider.

How do I do Payments?
Cash on delivery will be accepted in outlet cities Karachi, Multan, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar. For Any other Areas online payment will be made while ordering.

How do I return any product?
You need to bring the parcel to one of our outlets cites address mention in CONTACT US. If verified, you will get refunded. Items will be exchanged, or refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect. Change of mind is not accepted.
